Job Description:
Responsible for the preparation and painting of all District facilities. Work will occur when school schedule will allow, interior and exterior painting required. Assist and instruct custodial staff in minor painting. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele. Essential Physical Requirements:
• Constant lifting five (5) to twenty (20) pounds.
• Frequent lifting twenty (20) to fifty (50) pounds.
• Occasional lifting over fifty (50) pounds.
• Frequent climbing stairs and ladders.
• Constant bending, squatting, standing, reaching, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, stooping, repetitive motions.
• Frequent overhead work.

Maintain necessary records and reports.
Coordinate work with other trades.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Responsible for preparation and painting of all District facilities and their components.
Assist in the painting design and color selection that best serves District facilities.
Assist in the training of others to perform painting functions.
Recommend purchase of all related paints and tools.

- All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.
