We are open to a hybrid schedule - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days a week remote
Position Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain Service Contracts including monthly and annual billing, accounts receivable support, and other contract setup and administration.
- Manage and maintain SaaS Contracts including monthly and annual billing, accounts receivable support, and other contract setup and administration.
- Prepare standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance of Service and SaaS contracts and partner with business owners to drive improvement.
- Data mining and analysis for Service and SaaS contracts to provide operational and financial insights.
- Other Financial support and reporting including Contracts P&L, OPEX reporting, month-end close, and annual budget support.
- Create or improve operational efficiencies by process improvement and automation of source data flow through financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Business partner for North America Service organization.
