- Style patients in fashionable eyewear
- Educate patients on the latest lens technologies
- Sell glasses and contacts to patients helping them maximize the value of their insurance
- Assisting with general front office operations: answering the phone, check-in, check-out, and pretesting patients
- All things insurance: verifying eligibility, answers questions, and authorizing benefits
- Completing training to advance your skills and knowledge
