Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research information if needed. Solutions and/or Alternatives
- Complete all paper work on a hourly / daily bases
- Debrief all field techs
- Dispatch all field techs one at a time
- Scan and fill out all paper work to the computer systems
- Assist other office personnel with their work on an as needed bases
- Fill out daily management reports on an up to date basis and have them turned in by end of the day. Complete them by 9 A.M. the next business day.
- Maintain a 65% closing ratio
- Offer maintenance plans over the phone to clients
- Willing to work more than 40 hours a week & weekends to keep up with job demands
- Attend all training classes per manager’s instructions
