Inside Sales Representative
For 70 years, Dreumex has been a leading manufacturer of innovative, heavy-duty hand cleansing and hand care products. Dreumex USA, Inc. merged with Gent-L-Kleen Products in York, Pennsylvania, allowing Dreumex to expand its industry reach with disinfectant wipes and hand cleaner wipes. Dreumex is a recognized leader in commercial, fitness, healthcare, and industrial markets.
We are in search of a Inside Sales Representative to develop and drive revenue growth and increase market share for Dreumex’s hygiene products and solutions. You will do outreach to existing customers to understand their buying cycles and needs. Your focus will be establishing new Jan-San customer relationships across distributors and redistributors. The Inside Sales Representative actively seeks new sales opportunities and supports current clients along with cross selling/up selling. Through collaboration with the marketing and sales team, you will strengthen customer value propositions. Travel for less than 5 conferences/tradeshows a year is required.
Key Job Duties
Account Management:
- Operates as the lead point of contact for all internal and external communications specific to your accounts
- Establishes account-based sales goals based on customer interactions and identified opportunities
- Develops trusted advisor relationships with key account contacts
- Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently upsell our customers to compatible products. Negotiates to establish a pricing program to help meet customer and organization goals
- Communicates corporate messaging to your accounts/prospects for promotions either driven by marketing or management designed for a specific customer or segment.
- Assists with challenging customer requests by coordinating with the team to provide information and timely resolution
Business Development:
- Creates new distribution partners to help grow our market share
- Makes initial contact with prospects and travels for qualified opportunities when necessary
- Facilitate the sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer.
- Attends conferences/trade shows when needed and helps process resulting leadsEnsures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Present business cases and strategic options to management to support the closing of large accounts
Reporting:
- Enters and updates applicable information in CRM for leads and opportunities for accurate recordkeeping
- Reviews weekly sales matrix to keep a ‘top-of-mind’ outlook on individual progress
- Reviews monthly business reports to identify buying trends for customer accounts and identify account changes
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal and team goals for the upcoming week.
Any other duties as requested by management or as necessary
Knowledge, Competencies and Experience Requirements
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Associates degree in business, marketing, or related field; or previous work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant account management/sales work experience: 3 to 5 years
- Position Requires 10% or more travel
- Must have a valid US Driver License
- Must have proficient PC computer skills including Microsoft® Word®, Excel®, and Outlook® applications
- Must possess excellent time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience in automotive and/or janitorial/industrial supply trades would be helpful
- The Account Manager will be required to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
