The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
Responsible for the information in each recreation job descriptions when working in that facility
Interview, hire, train, discipline, and review job performance of all recreation staff
Assist staff and guests when problems arise
Ensure the staff has all the tools and supplies to complete their job successfully
Possess strong hospitality skills while in direct contact with the guest and staff while maintaining a safe and professional environment
Oversee staff in day to day operations
Responsible for all inventories and purchase orders within the department
Maintain a safe work environment by promoting safe work practices and document any unsafe areas or practices with written documentation and work orders when needed
Attend required meetings
Other duties may be assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors
Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures
Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care

Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development

High school education and relevant training and experience preferred
