We’re hiring VP of Product Management in Palo Alto, CA

Overview :
We are seeking a visionary VP of Product Management to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery for Skan’s enterprise AI platform. This role owns the definition and evolution of products that leverage Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent decision-making to solve complex enterprise problems at scale.
You will drive product innovation across AI-powered workflows, autonomous agents, and human-in-the-loop systems, partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, and executive leadership to bring differentiated, enterprise-ready AI products to market.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic AI–powered enterprise products aligned to business and customer outcomes
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven capabilities, from discovery and experimentation through production and iteration
- Identify and deliver differentiated value through autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration
- Translate customer workflows and market insights into scalable, enterprise-ready AI product requirements
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science on agent behaviour, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and performance metrics
- Ensure AI products meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, compliance, trust, and explainability
- Serve as executive product owner for AI initiatives, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on adoption and value realization
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging AI technologies to inform product strategy
- Present product strategy, AI roadmap, and outcomes to executive leadership and the board
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product management organization focused on innovation and accountability
Qualifications & Skills
- 10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- 5 years in senior product leadership roles managing teams and complex product portfolios
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling AI-powered products, including Agentic AI, autonomous systems, or intelligent automation
- Strong understanding of LLMs, orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, and human-in-the-loop design
- Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams on model development, evaluation, and deployment
- Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into real-world enterprise value
- Deep understanding of agile product development and modern product discovery practices
- Strong technical fluency with ability to engage in architectural and data-driven discussions
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI/ML platforms, process intelligence, or automation products
- Background in deploying AI products in regulated or security-sensitive environments
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience leading products through rapid scale or category-creation phases
- Hands-on exposure to prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or AI evaluation tooling

Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
