A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to join their team in Suffolk County. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives within their state-of-the-art facility.
The Operational Excellence Leader will have the following responsibilities :
Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and take corrective actions
Ensure EHS and cGMP practices are followed during all continuous improvement projects
Drive cost efficiency through improvement projects
Monitor production KPI's
Collaborate with department leaders as required
The Operational Excellence Leader will have the following qualifications :
6-9 years' experience in continuous improvement, LEAN manufacturing, or operational excellence roles within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Six Sigma and LEAN certifications a plus
Demonstrated leadership ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
