About :

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to join their team in Suffolk County. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives within their state-of-the-art facility.

The Operational Excellence Leader will have the following responsibilities :

  • Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and take corrective actions
  • Ensure EHS and cGMP practices are followed during all continuous improvement projects
  • Drive cost efficiency through improvement projects
  • Monitor production KPI's
  • Collaborate with department leaders as required

    • The Operational Excellence Leader will have the following qualifications :

  • 6-9 years' experience in continuous improvement, LEAN manufacturing, or operational excellence roles within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Six Sigma and LEAN certifications a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
