Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain optimization and network planning? Join a leading manufacturing company as a Strategic Network & Capacity Planner and play a critical role in shaping the future of our global supply network.

Why This Role Matters:

As a key player in our Supply Chain Planning team, you'll drive medium- to long-term capacity strategies across our external manufacturing and distribution network. Your mission: ensure we meet service and growth targets while minimizing risk and cost - all from an end-to-end supply chain perspective.

What You'll Do:

Inventory Strategy & Optimization

• Define and manage safety stock levels across the supply network
• Align inventory strategy with product lifecycle and demand variability
• Minimize stockouts, obsolescence, and excess inventory

Capacity Planning & Performance

• Standardize capacity reporting across suppliers
• Identify bottlenecks and drive agility improvements
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance throughput and responsiveness

Network Design & Execution

• Support sourcing and network design decisions
• Recommend data-driven improvements to supplier footprint and flow
• Lead execution of network transformation initiatives

What You Bring:

• 5 years in Supply Chain Planning
• Bachelor's required / MBA/Master's in SCM preferred
• Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel, ERP, Power BI, analytics tools)
• Proven leadership in cross-functional environments (Sourcing, Ops, Logistics, Finance)
• Excellent communication, change management, and decision-making skills
• Supply Chain certifications (APICS, CSCP, Six Sigma) are a plus

Travel: 10-15%
