You will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of residents and authorized visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Protect property and personnel through regular patrols, oversight of surveillance systems, inspection of facilities, equipment, and entry points; controls access as needed.
- Initiates emergency response by activating alarms when necessary.
- Minimize risk and property damage by identifying and reporting unusual activity; addressing policy violations; and discouraging unauthorized entry.
- Document daily activities and incidents.
- Oversee facility conditions by adjusting environmental and equipment settings.
- Perform interior and exterior patrols.
- Conducts bag checks and operates metal detection equipment.
