Security Officer Part-Time, 23005

You will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of residents and authorized visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Protect property and personnel through regular patrols, oversight of surveillance systems, inspection of facilities, equipment, and entry points; controls access as needed.
• Initiates emergency response by activating alarms when necessary.
• Minimize risk and property damage by identifying and reporting unusual activity; addressing policy violations; and discouraging unauthorized entry.
• Document daily activities and incidents.
• Oversee facility conditions by adjusting environmental and equipment settings.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols.
• Conducts bag checks and operates metal detection equipment.
