Summary
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Inside Sales Representative – Bearing and Power Transmission will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check availability of stock and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.

Summary

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative – Bearing and Power Transmission include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone and e-mail orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Shipping & Receiving for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assisting with warehouse duties when needed
- 1 year (s) of experience in electrical, hydraulics, pumps, bearings and power transmission, MRO, cutting tools and /or safety products preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
- Regular in-person attendance required

- Working Conditions: Office and Warehouse Environment
- Training/Certifications: Microsoft, Epicor Profit 21, Industrial Power Transmission Training Preferred
- Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

- Education: High School Diploma or GED Required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
