Responsibilities of Shop Hand include, but are not limited to:
- General shop duties
- General shop cleanliness
- Maintenance and upkeep of shop
- Using Forklift and scissor lift
- Change lights and A/C filters
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Sweeping, mopping, emptying trash
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Shop Hand include, but are not limited to:
- Experience in a shop/manufacturing environment
- Experience using a forklift
- Must be a self-starter
- Able to work in a team environment
- Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
Additional Information
Bonus: This position will include an Annual Discretionary Bonus based on predetermined financial success goals calculated by the Leadership team
Vacation Perk: 2 weeks of vacation immediately (prorated for the 2024 calendar year)
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
Working Conditions: Shop environment
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: 8:00 A.M To 5:00 P.M / Overtime is available as needed
Travel: Local travel running parts periodically but no overnight stays. Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
Education: High School Diploma or GED
