Dynamic Outbound Sales Representatives make outbound calls & speak to homeowners about the opportunity to save money and reduce their electricity bills. This is an entry level position. - Relationship Building: Desire to develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling - educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient and energy cost savings opportunities

- Training Initiative: Eagerness to continuously learn and grow - our comprehensive training program will give you the tools to guarantee success!
- No sales experience is necessary! Eagerness to learn and succeed is equally valuable
- Shift is 12pm-7pm
- Average full-time $60,000 - $100,000 yearly, with an upside of $140,000
- $500 weekly aggressive commission, plus weekly incentives
