Position Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in executing business for TMS customers partnering with the Customer Account Managers to ensure the customers’ needs are being met.
Job Duties:
- Track and trace shipments to ensure customer shipments are picked and delivered in a timely manner.
- Communicate shipment updates to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Make informed decisions and provide quality shipment updates.
- Use our technology to gain efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Have fun (work hard/ play hard)
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities"
- High School education is required
- College education is preferred.
- Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate.
- Work as a team with Account Managers and Carriers Sales Representative
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
Salary : $47,000 - $55,000
