Business Systems Manager -Blue Yonder WMS -Remote

Role: Business Systems Manager

Location: Harrisonburg, VA (Remote - need to come to office three times a Month)

We are looking for a passionate Business Systems Manager to join the Client IT team and oversee the support, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Blue Yonder. This is a working manager position, collaborating with other stakeholders across the organization. This position will also be responsible for technically leading configuration and policy changes, along with projects related to WMS functionality.

Duties And Responsibilities

·       Lead the configuration, testing, deployment, and enhancement of Blue Yonder WMS, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and flexibility

·       Work closely, cross functionally to ensure that the WMS is properly supported, configured, maintained, and optimized to meet the needs of the business.

·       Execute system upgrades to ensure that the business stays current with technological advancements.

·       Provide technical support for Client Team Members and Customers related to WMS functionality.

·       Maintain expert knowledge on Blue Yonder offerings, industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal Blue Yonder utilization.

·       Identify opportunities for automation by leveraging WMS features.

·       Exemplify the Client Group Work Principles and Cultural Keystones.

·       Ability to adhere to Safety and Cybersecurity Polices

·       Lead WMS continuous improvement projects

·       Maintain positive relationships with external vendors

Minimum Qualifications

·       4 years' experience in configuration or implementing Blue Yonder WMS

·       Strong experience in developing pages using Page Builder, creating and updating Jasper reports, writing MOCA commands

·       Possess strong data and root cause analysis skills

·       Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience

·       Entrepreneurial, visionary spirit that can visualize how the WMS can achieve business and strategic goal

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Proficient in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Visio)

·       Self-managed and motivated; organized and detail oriented

·       Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, fluid work environment

·       Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service

·       Experience providing an elevated level of customer experience

·       Readiness to learn modern technologies

·       Experience in a supervisory and/or management position

Additional Qualifications

·       Experience in warehouse labor management (Blue Yonder WLM)

·       Experience in data mining

·       Experience with continuous improvement techniques

·       Experience in cloud application management
