e&e is seeking a Methodology Lead for a hybrid contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!
The Methodology Lead is a senior delivery expert responsible for defining, governing, and scaling software delivery methodologies across complex, multi-team technology programs. This role partners with PMO leadership, delivery teams, and executives to ensure consistent, predictable, and transparent execution across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments, supported by strong tooling and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and govern PMO and software delivery methodologies across large-scale programs.
- Establish delivery standards, playbooks, templates, and lifecycle frameworks aligned to PMBOK and Agile best practices.
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to project teams and Scrum Masters to ensure consistent execution.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Azure DevOps (ADO), governing work item structure, backlog management, dependencies, and reporting.
- Design and maintain executive-level delivery dashboards and metrics using Power BI.
- Conduct delivery health checks, governance reviews, and assessments to ensure methodology adherence.
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
- Support program planning, forecasting, and executive reporting using delivery performance data.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in PMO, program delivery, or delivery excellence roles supporting complex software initiatives.
- Proven expertise designing and governing delivery methodologies for large, multi-team programs.
- Strong hands-on experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments.
- Prior experience establishing methodology for:
- SAP BRIM implementations
- Microsoft Dynamics implementations
- Expert-level experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI, including executive-level reporting and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex delivery concepts into practical guidance for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Lean Agile or Delivery Excellence certifications required.
