Chester County Operations | We Serve Joy!

As an Operations Tech 2, you will maintain and operate an assigned Machine Center. You will participate in bottling production as well as maintenance and sanitation of all equipment and facilities.

• 2-2-3 Schedule, 5:30p - 6a. Our 2-2-3schedule works every other weekend Sat-Mon

• Safely and efficiently operate all assigned pieces of equipment to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost-effective manner.
• Assist with changeovers.
• Maintains the mindset that there is always room for improvement, there is always a way to do it better.
• Ability to keep work area clean, organized and Food Safety compliant. Responsible for general housekeeping duties and maintaining a sanitary work area.
• Responsible for routine production reporting and quality checks.
• Must be able to consistently perform all in-process and final production quality control and verification checks.
• Responsible for compliance with sustainability policies and practices which are economically viable, socially acceptable and environmentally sound. This is done by supporting programs for conservation, energy efficiency, and recycling, which are critical for our operations to achieve tangible environmental results.
• Demonstrates situational awareness and a sense of urgency on the production floor.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency for Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Communicates effectively with team members, leadership and other departments.
• Follow, support improvements to work policies and procedures.
• Interact with HMI control technology.
• Under general supervision, supports the cellar operation by completing tank sanitation, sampling, and blending. Additionally required to operate a designated machine center.
• Performs tank washing line and equipment sanitation.

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 or more years' experience in beverage production or manufacturing.
• Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the bottling room or cellar operations.
• Must be able to repetitively lift and uncase glass cases onto a conveyer belt.
• Required to lift, roll and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Required to work overtime as needed.
• Required to work assigned shift.
• Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Required to comply with company GMP policies.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• Set rate listed as $22.50- $22.50 / Hour
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
