What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat Cutter (Butcher) position at E.W. James and Sons?
Basic Function: Provide excellent customer service by making meat cuts look professional, rotating and filling the meat case, and maintaining good hygiene and clean work area.

Work Environment:
The associate is required to work in cool environment handling raw fresh meat. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Will be using a saw, knife, grinder and slicer regularly.
