Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for an objective, highly skilled, professional to serve as an Employee Relations Manager at the Central Office located in Centerville, MN. POSITION SUMMARY
Champions the complexities of creating and maintaining a healthy working culture that is focused on resolution for a productive and positive experience for employees at all levels. Drives initiatives to build and maintain positive relationships for a better working environment centered on Eagle Brook values and staff commitments. Partners with Human Resources Director on equipping the organization to lead employees with exceptional performance management skills and processes. Reports to the Human Resources Director.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains, develops, recommends, and implements employee relations objectives, policies, and procedures
- Seeks to resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or government law
- Communicates with employees regarding employee relations concerns; provides guidance and recommendations for resolution of issues

Assists supervisors in understanding and implementing company policies related to performance, discipline, and related topics
- Participates in employee/supervisor meetings
- Partners in progressive disciplinary process
- Manages employee related surveys, 360 reviews, and other related processes
- Collaborates with leaders to identify gaps that cause organizational tension and proposes pathways for solutions
- Drives development for supervisors and employees championing our feedback culture
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, business, or a related field preferred)
- 5 years in an employee relations focused role
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
- Current knowledge and experience applying federal and state employment law
- Demonstrates wise decision-making skills
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Effectively organizes and prioritizes work
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
WORK SCHEDULE
Generally, Monday – Friday at the Central Office located in Centerville, MN. Occasional visits to campuses.
Classification: Exempt; Salary // Status: Full-Time // Team: Human Resources

Salary : $67,600 - $85,600
