JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sprinkler Technician installs and repairs fixed fire protection systems. Ensures customers understand the functionality of their system and communicate accordingly with Field Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair fire sprinkler systems in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct inspections and tests of fire sprinkler systems to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with customers to ensure they understand the functionality of their fire protection system
- Collaborate with the Field Supervisor to coordinate work schedules and assignments
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked
- Participate in training programs to expand knowledge and skills in fire protection systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and repairing fire sprinkler systems
- Strong knowledge of fire codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
