Registered Dietician
We are hiring a full-time Registered Dietician. Our mission is to personalize the wellness journey by providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation experiences that are designed around the needs of each individual. We have earned a reputation for exceptional service and attention when providing rehabilitation, assisted living, and skilled nursing care.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments.
- Participate in IDT meetings as required.
- Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family.
- Provides dietary in-service training as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good decision making and judgment capabilities.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- High comfort level with enteral nutrition, wounds, weight management, Hemodialysis.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare facility.
- Familiarity with state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a Registered Dietitian credential and FL license.
- Provide nutritional care to long-term care residents and sub-acute rehab patients.
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the nutritional care of the resident in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and established facility/company policies and procedures.
- Be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff.
- Experience with electronic charting such as Point Click Care is a plus

- Monday to Friday

- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
