Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Licensure: CDR required; Florida license or eligibility required

About The Role

The Consulting Dietitian provides high‑quality nutrition care to residents and patients on an as‑needed basis. This role ensures that nutritional needs are met, documentation is accurate and compliant, and care aligns with Aramark standards, regulatory requirements, and facility expectations. The dietitian collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes and maintain a unified approach to care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active CDR credential (Required)
• Florida Dietitian/Nutritionist license or eligibility
• 1–2 years of experience in Long‑Term Care or Rehab settings (minimum)
• 3–5 years of experience preferred
  
  

Experience & Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills within clinical teams
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for nutrition and dietary services
• Experience with:
• CMS, ACHA, LTC, SNF, Rehab
• MDS and Care Plans
• Point‑Click‑Care
• Resident‑centered care models
• CMS/ACHA survey processes
• Ability to work effectively with facility care teams
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary departments to support optimal resident outcomes
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families on nutrition‑related topics
• Participate in care plan meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational dietary regulations
