Position: Physician Medical Director
Location: Aurora, CO
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Overview
We’re seeking a Physician Medical Director to lead clinical operations in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. This role blends direct patient care with strategic leadership responsibilities, offering an opportunity to drive quality outcomes and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care while modeling clinical excellence
- Lead healthcare operations and collaborate with therapists and specialists to optimize outcomes
- Supervise clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with APC supervisory requirements
- Foster a professional, collaborative, and inclusive clinic culture
- Partner with leadership to implement process improvements and drive clinic performance
- Maintain relationships with clients and payers to support business growth
- Manage staffing levels and contribute to budget planning and key business metrics
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and recognition across the team
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted medical license
- Unrestricted DEA and dispensing license for the state of Colorado (required before start date)
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare
- Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA-recognized specialty (preferred)
- FMCSA NRCME certification (preferred or willingness to obtain
