Job Summary:
As the full-time Nursing Supervisor, you are responsible for the supervision of nursing staff on the assigned shift, the nursing care provided, and related administrative and professional nursing activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current Pennsylvania State license (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited college or university, BSN or MSN required
- Minimum of five years experience as a practicing RN
- Management experience in a psychiatric setting and/or drug/alcohol facility
- Ability to communicate well, both orally and written and establishes good rapport with staff and patients
Eagleville Hospital is an innovative organization and a recognized leader in co-occurring treatment. We are licensed to provide medically assisted treatment, and to provide trauma informed care. We are seeking candidates for full-time and part-time positions to work with our psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors in delivering care to our patients.
