About this Position: Your role in our team as a Dough Packaging Production Assistant is to work with our dough production team to package the finished artisan crafted dough into an attractive and uniform fashion. We take tremendous pride in the presentation of our kits, so a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed oral and written directions is a must! Our ideal candidate would be detail oriented, efficient, and have great time management skills.
Schedule: This position is full time 30-40 hours/week. This position would train with our daytime team but would ultimately move to mid day start hours ending in the evening.. Located in Vancouver/Orchards by Vancouver Mall.
Daily Duties Include: Arranging charms into the bottom of jars, scooping dough, creating patterns within the dough and utilizing specific techniques to achieve uniform final finish to product, operating a portioning machine, and stickering lids.
Physical Requirements: Can require lifting boxes of finished product up to 50 pounds.
Salary: Starts $18 an hour, goes up to $19 an hour after 30 day training with yearly salary review. Benefits include Sick Time, PTO, Health, Vision, Dental.
