Job Summary:
A key member of our offshore team, the Coordinator, Medical Operations will be responsible for coordinating medical operations and ensuring adherence to project procedures. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of logistics planning and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align onboard activities with logistics planning team and report into Offshore Site Manager
- Arrange meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project procedures, processes, and IT Tools
- Operate the Offshore management system and provide lessons learnt/change requests
- Manage coordination between contractors and operational activities on board SOV
- Work directly with offshore site manager to enforce project policies and maritime laws
- Maintain a safety presence and act within HSE requirements compliance with PPE policies
- Work with HSE team members on findings, investigations, and safety pushes
- Ensure adherence to project specific offshore access process
- Plan and coordinate construction daily onboard activities
- Liaison between coordination teams, offshore technicians, and vessel crews
- Liaison with packages and contractors to minimize operational conflicts
- Coordinate with Marine coordination for execution of planned activities
- Assist site manager with tasks as required
- Chair/attend interface and kick-off meetings with contractors
Requirements:
- US Citizen (US Passport)
- Knowledge of vessel and personnel logistics in dynamic offshore environments
- Preferably experience in offshore wind farm operations
- Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling certifications
- OGUK Medical certificate
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
