As a Concrete Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of our concrete projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. You will work closely with our skilled team ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to meet project goals
- Manage project budgets and expenses, and report regularly to senior management
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets company standards
- Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during projects
Requirements:
- Experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Spanish/English Bilingual is a bonus
