Marketing Coordinator

Slifer Smith & Frampton is seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, people-first environment where no two days are the same.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support a wide range of marketing initiatives-from advertising and events to social media and broker branding. You’ll work closely with our brokers, staff, and marketing team to bring ideas to life while ensuring high-quality, timely execution across all channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with local marketing projects, events, advertising, and broker support
• Coordinate print and digital advertising, including booking, editing, and content gathering
• Manage company and office social media accounts and email campaigns
• Help brokers with branding, tools, and listing promotions
• Support company initiatives, training, and events across the Vail Valley
• Learn and use various marketing tools and platforms to stay organized and on track
• Pitch in on fun extras like blog posts, swag, or sponsorship opportunities

Start Date: ASAP

Location: In-person

Pay Rate: $27-30/ hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, occasional weekend events

• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• You’re comfortable working with people at all levels and building positive relationships
• You love creative work but also bring structure and follow-through
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
• You communicate clearly, stay curious, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
• You can lift up to 25 lbs when needed
