What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Teacher Virtual CDP - Evening position at EASTCONN Adult & Community Programs - Northeast Learning Center?
Temporary part-time CDP social studies teacher for adults in a synchronous virtual setting.
- multilevel evening classes will meet online from 6 - 8 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays between July 8th through August 8th.
- The successful candidate will assist in developing curriculum, teach in a positive and supportive manner, have an understanding of the CCRS, have the ability to differentiate instruction, integrate technology, and be a team player.
- The successful applicant must possess the ability to relate positively to a multiracial, multicultural, and mutilevel group of students. He/She must be able to engage the students in meaninful instruction.
- Prior experience teaching CDP online.
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field, and certified or certifiable in CT Adult Education (#106).
