Key Responsibilities:
Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties:
- Checks and approves all vouchers for payment
- Also prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary
- Audits freight bills against freight manifests
- Answers all vendor inquiries
- Data entry
- Analyzes vendor accounts
- Prepares accounts payable checks
- Prints analysis of accounts as required
- Assists in monthly closings
- Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage invoice volume of 35/day on average - 700 /month
