Workplace Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Onsite – San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Full-time, 6-month contract
Compensation: $75/hour
Contract Duration: September 2, 2025 – March 6, 2026
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Workplace Coordinator to support a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. This onsite position will play a critical role in day-to-day operations by creating a welcoming experience for visitors, managing office logistics, and ensuring smooth coordination of key administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Experience Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onsite guests; coordinate with building security to manage visitor flow; guide external vendors and contractors while ensuring adherence to company protocols.
- Mail & Delivery Logistics: Receive, track, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries; manage outgoing shipments; coordinate returns and special requests for office supplies.
- Calendar Coordination: Monitor upcoming service visits and vendor appointments; flag potential conflicts with office closures, holidays, or sensitive events.

- Previous experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus.
Additional Details:
- This is a contract position with a fixed 6-month term.
- Role is 100% onsite at a secure headquarters in San Francisco.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
