What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler - 2nd Shift position at Eastridge?
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring a Material Handler for a leading medical device manufacturing company, located in the greater Mansfield, MA area. This is a 2nd shift position providing opportunity for advancement. If you have at least 2-4 years of previous experience in materials control or inventory management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing, we encourage you to apply today.
What you can expect to do:
- Troubleshoot warehouse and system issues.
- Move 55-gallon drums of water and alcohol.
- Must have the ability to see, report, investigate, and correct shortages or miscounts in inventory.
- Kits and delivers components to production.
- Maintain cycle count program.
- Ensure inventory movements are documented accurately.
- Shipping and receiving production materials.
- Fulfilling materials requisitions and keeping the inventory up to date.
What you'll need to have:
- 2-4 years of previous experience in materials control or inventory management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
- Experience regulated manufacturing environment, experience in an ISO 13485:FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR 820) compliant manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Must be neat and organized/self-starter.
