Responsibilities:
- Collaborating between global sales teams, support teams, and internal and external stakeholders globally.
- Ability to rapidly make prudent business decisions based on data analytics and craft sales and supply chain strategies.
- Planning and managing programs/projects to meet product delivery, customer service, and revenue goals.
- Support role for integration program/project managers
- Role ensures production/integration orders, progress through the center, while meeting the commitment to the customer.
- Candidate will be required to use several home-grown operating systems along with SAP and competency in the Microsoft suite.
- You will be working on a team where collaboration and communication skills are required.
- Could include some customer interaction as you grow in the role.
- Data analytics are required as you will review and contribute input to make going forward decisions that impact the success of the customer account.
- Role will interact and be part of a customer focus team.
- Collaboration and comprehension skills are needed to access and negotiate the need.
- Candidate will engage with all levels of team members and end goal is getting the order on the truck as committed.
- Problem solving and ability to see beyond the immediate need/issue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a program or project management role.
- Experience with global teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in home-grown operating systems, SAP, and Microsoft suite.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to see beyond immediate challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
