We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping travelers getting on their dream trips.
Responsibilities and Requirements for the position will include:
- Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations, options or by arranging for service, by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer emails, voice messages, leads, inquiries and questions and answers promptly and effectively.
- Communicated effectively with third party companies in accordance with customer reservations, accommodations and events.
- Verify customer information and identify special requests and customer needs.
- Ability to communicate with irate customers calmly and professionally through both written and verbal communication.
- Perform follow up emails and calls to ensure customer satisfaction as needed
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely courteous manner
- Update and close any open complaint issues and communicate back to customer or other departments as needed.
- Updates and maintains all necessary records and/or logs.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred-
- Proficient computer knowledge, including internet, email and Microsoft Word
- Fluency in English and Spanish; both in writing and speaking, strong communication skills required
- Strong initiative and self-motivation
- Must be able to type 45 words per minute
- Must be able to handle stressful situations
- Must be able to work effectively within a team as well as independently
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
