Responsibilities:
- Clean various types of dishes and utensils for cooking or serving.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Sweep and scrub floors.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Dishwasher in a high volume environment.
- Knowledge of dishware, floors and area washing procedures
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
