○ Implement training/workshops for Agent and Consumer facing technology.

● Save Searches and Client Activity
● Seller Report
● Agent and Team Websites

■ Contact Management - Edit columns on spreadsheet form agent, assist agent with import to
Google Contacts.
■ EHC Email Marketing
■ EHC Mobile Apps
■ MoxiPresent
■ Testimonial Tree
■ Buyside (What’s your home worth?)
■ Updater
■ Luxury Portfolio
● Assist the sales leader in providing general training on all Ebby technology tools.

● Create and implement training/workshops in areas of expertise.
● Onboarding of new agents with Technology Tools
Additional Responsibilities (20%-30%)
● Submit onboarding and termination ticketing
● Order onboarding launch package:
o 100 business cards
o Social media pieces announcements
o Custom name badge
o Order personalized signs
o Add agent headshot and agent bio in the company website
o Add Alarm Codes
o Add Agent to Uniprint
● Agent Termination
o Delete Alarm codes
o Delete Names in copiers
● Manage onboarding slide deck for new agent orientation
● Meet with new agents to present onboarding slide deck
● Manage the office TV slideshow (IT is working to update system)
● Facilities management request work orders in Service Channel
● Stock and order supplies (daily stocking)
● Order signs/riders as needed
● Contact Ricoh and order supplies–?
● Maintain Phone Duty Schedule
● Thank You for letters to Buyers
● Prepare slide show for office meeting
● Just Sold cards
● Just Listed cards
● Request Co-op Brokers W-9 request
● Maintain staff and agent Google Drive
● Maintain Agent phone roster
● Maintain Core Services wall
Listing Management: (30@%)
● Create a daily listing MLS search for assigned office.
○ New Listing
○ Price Changes
○ Status Changes
● Transaction Management (SkySlope and Multiple Listing Services (MLS))
○ Set MLS Hotsheet for the sales office.
○ SkySlopeReview and approve Checklist
■ Review and complete Listing Section
● Confirm Commission. Notify Sales Leader if commission percentage is less than 6%, add to
checklist the Qualified Commission Exception Approval document as required.
■ Review and complete Contact Section
■ Audit Incomplete Checklist
■ Confirm listing cancellations and withdrawals. Audit Amendment to Exclusive Listing Agreement.
■ Confirm price changes. Audit Amendment to Exclusive Listing Agreement.
■ Manage listing expiration alerts. Check MLS for a new expiration date. Amendment to Exclusive
Listing Agreement. Add a new expiration date to the Listing Section.

○ Order Just Listing/Just Sold postcards from Xpressdocs
■ Confirm with the agent if they are participating in the order or not.

Performance Expectations
● Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal
form or communicated by management.
● Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and
with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
● Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and
business partners.
● Take personal initiative to assist office administrator and staff during lighter workflow periods.
● Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job
responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
● Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department
policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually
and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
Qualifications


An active Texas Real Estate License is required


Education:
● Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience:
● One to three years clerical or administrative experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
● Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred.
● proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products
● Strong computer/technology skills: proficient in Microsoft Office products.
● Must possess strong organizational skills; ability to multitas; accuracy/quality; detail-oriented.
● Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a
team-oriented environment.
● Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including presentation ability.
