Overview
We are looking for a Culinary Director to join our team in Fridley, MN! This position is responsible for overseeing all dining services operations and ensuring that meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and customer expectations. This nutrition managment schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time, day shifts
- Weekends as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description
- Plans and manages all aspects of dining services operations
- Follow standardized recipes and products to ensure products are consistent in quality and nutritional value.
- Manages inventory and food/supplies budget
- Assist with the special events
- Ensures that new employees are properly trained and oriented to their job responsibilities
- Ensures that dining area is clean and inviting
- Welcomes residents, initiates conversation and encourages socialization
Qualifications
Required:
- Food Manager Certification (must obtain within first 90-days of employment)
- Approved Food Sanitation Safety Course - Serv Safe (must obtain within first 90-days)
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience
Preferred:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Food Service
- Certified Dietary Manager
- Certified Food Protection Professional
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
