We are looking for a Lead Server/Culinary Assistant to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community, located in Deephaven, MN. This nutrition services schedule includes;
- 56 hours every two weeks
- day shift
- Includes every other weekend and a holiday rotation

- Promotes and encourages positive tenant/resident relations and satisfaction
- Provides support and direction to Culinary Assistants
- Acts as Lead for Dining Staff
- Supports Culinary Director to ensure quality culinary outcomes
- Serves meals and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
Required:
- 0-1 year experience
- Posess or willing to obtain Serv Safe
Other Required Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years previous experience
