- Plan & implement a developmentally appropriate bilingual curriculum (Spanish/English).
- Create a warm, inclusive classroom that supports dual language development.
- Supervise & mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety and licensing standards.
- Foster a fun, creative, and positive classroom culture.
- Early Childhood Education Degree (preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish & English (verbal and written).
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
- 2 year of experience in a bilingual or early childhood classroom (preferred).
