- College or university degree with at least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 10 years in early childhood, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must meet all state educational and licensing requirements for Director
- College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- At least 1–2 years of early childhood experience, preferably in a leadership or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to support center operations
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills Willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements
- Oversee center operations including staff, families, enrollment, and quality standards
- Partner with parents to ensure the best care and educational outcomes
- Support teachers in implementing Creative Curriculum Guidelines and monthly themes
- Interact directly with children to support learning, play, and development
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
- Assist with staff evaluations, feedback, and training
