EdAdvance is preparing to expand our ACCESS School special education team! We are looking for enthusiastic support staff to provide feedback, modeling and encouragement for students in grades Kindergarten through 6, with cognitive, developmental and / or learning challenges and behavioral needs. Our support staff are a vital component to the multi-disciplinary team at ACCESS.

Major Responsibilities & Requirements :
- Provide patient and supportive instructional assistance to students with diverse academic and behavioral needs
- Experience with implementation of a Behavior Intervention Plan
- Identify areas and possible solutions to maximize the fidelity of data collection and of implementation of interventions
- Collection of, and on-going maintenance of, behavioral and instructional data
- Proactive communication and collaboration with the school team
- Other duties as assigned
