YOU WILL VIBE WITH US La risorsa ricercata è un* Senior Client Inside Sales, che verrà inserit* all’interno della Direzione Marketing. La risorsa selezionata sarà costantemente impegnata, attraverso il canale telefonico, nella gestione dei clienti del segmento small business, con l'obiettivo di incoraggiare l'adoption delle nostre soluzioni Ticket Restaurant® e Ticket Shopping. Principali attività: Fidelizzazione e gestione di un pacchetto clienti assegnato (segmento SME) con azioni di upselling e cross selling; Attività di retention dedicate; Supporto e partecipazione attiva al monitoraggio della customer satisfaction dei clienti; Redazione reportistiche dettagliate sulla propria attività attraverso l’utilizzo del CRM aziendale (Salesforce). Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella vendita telefonica di servizi B2B e nella gestione dei clienti; Pregressa esperienza di lavoro con obiettivi/KPIs assegnati; Conoscenza di un ERP, nice to have : conoscenza nell’utilizzo di Salesforce; Conoscenza di Excel.
