How: Through a creative mind and boundless energy, the Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager will be a seasoned hospitality professional looking to drive his team to be better than they were yesterday
To be successful as a F&B Manager you will need to be:
- Creative and collaborative to ensure the staff stay engaged and positive.
- Detail-oriented, making sure every event is meticulously managed and executed.
- Data driven, using data to understand member interests.

Regular duties for the F&B Manager:
- Review member portal app for daily business insights.
-Prepare pre- and post-shift reports for staff to align with daily business levels.
- Attend member programming events to help with event operations and logistics.
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage division, ensuring all service standards are executed and meet standards.
-Monitor the operation of food outlets and catering to ensure compliance with all standards and procedures established by the company and health and regulatory standards and policies.
-Manage the glassware and OSE at the bars.

Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with 1-2 years' experience managing others
- Social and curious, with an intuitive understanding of how to develop culture and entertainment that will be best-in-State.
- Standard technological proficiency (Microsoft Suite, and ability to learn and manage our events management system)
