Position Available: Administrative Specialist
We are seeking a full-time Admin Support Personnel who can perform a variety of accounting functions in accordance with company and government guidelines and regulations.
Duties: Completes the duties assigned by the Finance and Administration Director in the various Administrative Departments. Utility player in the Admin department in Finance, Property, Purchasing or other related activities. Attends departmental meetings; takes notes and prepares/distributes meeting minutes. Orients new personnel to Job Corps and the Center’s policies and procedures. Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment. Models appropriate behaviors, mentors students and monitors both positive and negative behaviors through interventions. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School diploma , 3 year work related experience or a related field is required. Compensation is based on experience. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
