Starting in September 2025 at our Chandler, Arizona site, as our Global Digital, Data & Transformation Graduate, you’ll have the power to participate in a 2-year structured rotational programme that exposes you to a variety of disciplines whilst developing key data focused analytical skills. You’ll support key transformational projects that shape the future of our organisation by drawing out trends and insight from data. You will collaborate with global teams to enhance our processes and procedures to better serve our customers and much more.

You Can’t Thrive Without Being

• A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a current graduate on track to graduate in 2025 (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Electronics Engineering or a related field).
• Experienced in using a Data Science focused programming language, such as Python or R
• Globally mobile as you will take part in a 6-month international placement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa. Individuals on OPT are not eligible to participate in this programme.

What To Expect Next

The next stage of the application process are online tests and video interviews. We will send you an email within a few weeks of your applying to let you know if your application is being progressed. Should you be successful, we will be running the assessment centers in Haverhill, Massachusetts in July 2025.
