Our team partners with leading telecom providers to deliver high-quality customer experiences and drive service enrollments. We’re currently hiring a full-time Telecom Client Representative to join our sales and outreach team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, represent client offerings, and assist with service enrollment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent telecom clients by connecting with customers through face-to-face outreach
- Learn and communicate the benefits of telecom services including internet, mobile, and bundled packages
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions
- Guide customers through the enrollment process and address questions or concerns
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Track customer interactions and report on performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and ensure brand consistency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant training is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly, problem-solve, and stay organized
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor
