We are seeking a skilled CNC HAAS Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC HAAS machines.
Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC HAAS machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
- Program CNC HAAS machines to produce parts accurately and efficiently.
- Operate CNC HAAS machines to execute machining operations.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity.
- Perform regular maintenance on CNC HAAS machines to keep them in optimal condition.
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC HAAS machines and make necessary adjustments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of experience as a CNC HAAS Operator.
- Proficiency in setting up, programming, and operating CNC HAAS machines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Working Hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Compensation: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
