The Phone Operator is responsible for answering inbound calls, taking messages, and providing excellent service to a diverse population of clients. This role requires operators to work weekends and rotate holidays to ensure 24/7/365 coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and take accurate messages for clients.
- Provide courteous and professional service to a wide range of callers.
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- Strong typing skills for quick and accurate responses.
- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred.
Working Hours: 3rd shift- 11pm-7am (Monday through Sunday - 7 days per week)
Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
