We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Phone Operator for our third shift. The primary responsibilities include answering and managing incoming calls, taking and relaying messages, checking and updating messages from the day, entering on-call schedules, and performing light office cleaning. Once a month, you will also assist with placing stamps on envelopes. This role is not customer service-heavy, as calls are typically brief (about 1 minute each) and can vary widely in nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and take messages.
- Check and manage messages from earlier in the day.
- Enter and update on-call schedules as needed.
- Perform basic office cleaning duties.
- Assist with monthly mailing tasks (e.g., placing stamps on envelopes).
- Handle calls of varying nature with efficiency and professionalism.
- Work independently throughout the entire shift, ensuring all tasks are completed.
Required Skills:
- Ability to type efficiently without looking at the keyboard.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English (basic spelling, writing, and computer skills required).
- Must have reliable transportation (no public transportation available).
- Capable of working during inclement weather and without scheduled days off.
- Comfortable working alone for the entire shift.

Working Hours: 3rd shift- 11pm-7am
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
